Hello, I'm Deborah Kelly-Hopkins and for over 20 years I have been designing and making jewellery in Silver and Gold for customers of all ages.
The inspiration for my work comes from the chalk cliffs and beautiful sparkling sea of the Dorset coastline and the texture on my jewellery mimics the play of light from these surfaces. I have three main collections which I add new pieces to every year enabling the collection to evolve and progress, whilst staying true to its original origin. I also make pieces to commission, often reusing the gems and precious metals from inherited items, bring them back to life.

At first, I made jewellery because I love making and creating something beautiful but, over the years I have learnt that every piece of jewellery I make and sell is special, because it marks a significant moment in that person’s life. Knowing that every piece will bring happiness to its wearer is something I am very proud of.

I trained and set up my business in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

Now I am based in Cambridge. I am a sole trader, meaning I am everything from the tea girl, to the accountant, to the CEO. I am also a mum and have a wonderful husband and family who support me and my business whole heartedly.
